THE Federation of Uganda Football
Associations, Fufa, has applauded
the Super Division Club Association
(SDCA) for the good choice of nominees
to organise the National Super League
next season.
SDCA has appointed eminent sports
administrators Mr Bakyayita Ssemugabi,
Mr Abbas Kawaase, Mr Rajab Kisekka,
Mr Ben Omoding and Mr Rafael Bwire
as SDCA representatives on on the
Fufa competitions committee that will
organise the GTV sponsored league
that begins October 20.
“We applaud SDCA for the prudent
selection of names. These are all
respected figures in local football
and we hope when we make our selection
of two names, they will be very useful,”
Fufa publicist Rogers Mulindwa said.
Selected candidates will be given
a contract. “We are yet to discuss
on the period of the contract. We
are also planning on getting an administrative
secretary who will be a permanent
worker at the federation,” Mulindwa
said.

15 as the date for a Cooper Test for
referees and their assistants vying
