Having taken over at the helm of Sports Club Villa, I have noticed that most key stakeholders in sports, including the government, are not clear on how to revamp the sector. As a result, the sector has hobbled from one stage of decline to another with a few unsustainable bright moments and yet every Financial Year, the government funds a sports budget though inadequately.
