7. Election of Club Chairman/President
8. Closing Speech by he elected Club Chairman/President

Note the following:

1. Only registered Club members with valid Membership Cards (2004) will be entitled to one vote
2. Only Club Life Members shall be elected or appointed to any executive post
3. Elections of Club Chairman/President shall be by secret ballot
4. All Club members who wish to validate their membership should contact the Club Secretary/Treasurer before the Annual General Meeting.
5. All Club members who wish to stand for Club Chairman/President should contact the Secretariat ten (10) days prior to the meeting.
