SC Villa National Fans Coordinator Immanuel Ben Misagga has named new officials to manage the champion’s affairs countrywide.

Captain Juma Seiko is the CHAIRMAN of the Fans Council – which is a new institution within the SC Villa hierarchy.

According to Mr. Misagga, the sole purpose of the executive and council is to implement his manifesto, which entails the following:

- Reaching the grassroots fans and bringing on board the corporate class, which will create total support.
- The introduction of a clubhouse, which will work as a catchments area for both the corporate and the grassroots in form of entertainment and recreation (even for players).
- To boost some fans incomes with an introduction of a credit scheme effective February 2005.
- Plus other local and international projects that will help generate funds for the club.
- Regular and systematic meetings i.e. monthly meetings for Executive and on Quarterly basis for the Fans Council.
